  2. We know that the Chief of Serbia’s Reserve Bank in America, and America and the European Union may pay all of Serbia’s IMF Loans, World Bank Loans, and European Union Bank Loans, and give an additional 30 Billion Dollars to help Serbia reintegrate Kosovo back to Serbia.

Of course you would say that, another sweeping claim backed up by zero evidence! The only thing that's going to be "reintegrated" are the Serbs in the north into Kosova! KPS is going to smash your polling booths with sledge hammers and arrest anyone that goes against the laws of Kosova! Prepare yourself to read about arrests and polling materials confiscated. Any interference in the bogus elections in Kosova by KPS will be a victory for Kosova and a loss for Serbia. One cannot have a legitemite election where everyone isn't allowed to vote.

  3. The Political Parties that want to keep Kosovo need to ensure that they cooperate to get every Vote they can.

It could be Tadic and Company have made an Agreement to allow a few hundred Serbian Police in North Kosovo for three weeks only, to oversee Local Elections.
